Shipping Policy

We offer good quality products and make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable delivery and customer service.

All prices on this site are in GBP (Great British Pounds).

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders on the first business day after the order was placed, Monday to Friday.

In the UK orders usually take 2-5 business days from the day the order is dispatched through to receipt by the customer. In exceptional circumstances please allow up to 15 days for delivery.

Please note - All our delivery times are estimates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers. If your delivery has not arrived within 15 days please contact us.

Delivery Charges:

We currently only ship within the UK.

Shipping costs are based on weight. We have a shipping costs calculator that will show you the shipping cost before you make payment.

All packages are sent First Class Post by the Post Office. 

We offer free shipping for orders over £50.

If you purchase more than one item, it is possible that you may not receive all items at the same time. Some items are shipped from different locations. This will not affect your shipping cost.

Please note we do not currently ship outside the UK.

Returns Policy

DG-RC eStores wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, DG-RC eStores will refund the value of the goods supplied provided that you first notify us of your intention to cancel using the "Contact Us" form on the website and providing that the goods, together with all enclosed paper work and packaging, are returned to DG-RC eStores in perfect condition to the address provided within seven working days after the day of delivery. A certificate of posting should be obtained as we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of goods to our address without it.

Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been used or fitted by you. You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

DG-RC eStores will refund the purchase price excluding delivery charge to you once they have been received by us in good / resalable condition.

Customers are required to cover the cost of the return postage. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.

We regret we cannot accept returned goods without first being contacted in writing via the "Contact Us" page on the site the goods have been purchased from.

You will receive a refund no later than 30 days after the receipt of the returned goods to us.

We reserves the right to amend this policy without further notification(s).
