We are pleased to say that ShengQi have now changed this and these great petrol trucks are now available to everyone at realistic prices. These petrol rc trucks run on a mix of normal unleaded petrol and 2 stroke oil. Both of these are available from any petrol station.
The all new ShengQi petrol trucks are beasts with a massive feature list. These are extreme petrol model trucks with loads of power thanks to its DZY 23cc engine with Japanese Waibro Carburetor and NGK spark plug that pushes these petrol trucks to speeds of up to 80 km/h! The first thing that you will notice when you open the trucks box is this petrol trucks massive size and the excellent shells. The petrol trucks come fully built with a choice of camouflaged Hummer shell or black Ford F-150 monster trucks shell that both look really cool. Everything you need is included with the trucks and as these are actual petrol powered model trucks you can get the fuel from a petrol station rather than having to visit a model shop to get special fuel like you have to with the nitro models. Unlike nitro rc trucks, these petrol RC trucks run on a mix of normal unleaded petrol and 2 stroke oil. Both of these are available from any petrol station which makes the petrol trucks more practical and cheaper to run than a nitro model. Mixing the petrol is very easy. You simply fill up a petrol can with 5 litres of unleaded at the petrol station then pour in 125ml of 2 stroke oil. This oil is usually found inside petrol stations with the other oils.
If you look at other 1:5 scale petrol RC trucks on the market you will see even though they are more expensive than the ShengQi Petrol Trucks they usually don't include everything you need and you have to go out and buy your own radio equipment, special 1:5 scale trucks steering servo, electronics battery pack and charger. With this package everything you need is included, even a high capacity rechargeable battery pack with UK charger for the receiver and servos and a tool kit with all the tools needed to maintain your model. Both the trucks servo and radio equipment are OEM Futaba which means they are made in the Futaba factory to ensure they are good quality and reliable.
This truck now comes with 2.4G radio equipment and the transmitter features an LCD display.
