The A-10 Thunderbolt II (also known as the Warthog) is an American single-seat, twin-engine, straight-wing jet aircraft designed to provide close air support of ground forces. It was the first USAF aircraft designed exclusively for close air support.

The A-10 has superb manoeuverability even at low speeds and altitude, this is due to its large wing area, high wing aspect ratio, and large ailerons. This design also enables short takeoffs and landings, allowing it top operate from the smallest and most basic airfields.

This model replica of the A-10 Thunderbolt II is 90% assembled, so you can get it in the air within minutes of opening the box. When it is airbourne it has full four channel radio control, allowing adjustment of the aileron, elevator, throttle, and when the plane is on the ground, it is complete with front wheel steering!

The Catalina was an American flying boat of the 1930s and 1940s, produced by Consolidated Aircraft. It was such a versatile aeroplane that it performed numerous functions during WWII, and was used by the Air Forces, Armies and Navies of many countries.

Catalinas were used in anti-submarine warfare, patrol bombing, convoy escorts, search and rescue missions and cargo transport. It was the most successful aircraft of its kind and produced in greater numbers than any other flying boat. Some remained in military service until the 1980s and even today the Catalina continues to be used as an airtanker in some parts of the world.

The T-109, otherwise known as the Messerschmitt Bf 109Z, is a heavy fighter which was designed by joining two Bf 109 (Me-109) fighters together. The T-109 was the result, on paper at least it was a single seater with the pilot sitting in the left fuselage. The T-109 would have been heavily armed with five 30 mm cannons.

Four versions of this plane were planned, but only one prototype was ever built in 1942-43. Eventually the project was cancelled due to the arrival of the Messerschmitt Me 262, which was expected to perfom better. So here is your chance to fly the fighter plane that never was!

Like many of our planes this model is virtually ready to fly straight from the box, all you'll need is 8 AA batteries to power the transmitter. The Messerschmitt Bf 109 (often nicknamed the Me-109) was a German World War II fighter aircraft designed by Willy Messerschmitt in the early 1930s. It was one of the first true modern fighters of the era, including such features as an all-metal monocoque construction, a closed canopy, and retractable landing gear.

The first 109s saw service in the Spanish Civil War, and then became the mainstay fighter plane of the Luftwaffe during World War II. During the Battle of Britain the 109 was used in new roles as an escort fighter, a fighter-bomber and for photo-reconnaissance.

A polished aerobatic performer, the Me 109 was credited with more aerial kills than any other aircraft in the second World War.

The P-51 Mustang was a single seater fighter plane, which was designed and built for World War II in just 117 days! The Royal Air Force used it as a fighter bomber, a reconnaissance plane, and as a bomber escort on raids over Germany in 1944. It was powered by a supercharged Rolls Royce Merlin engine and was fitted with six .50 caliber (12.7 mm) M2 Browning machine guns.

Rearward visibility was a problem with WW2 fighter planes and this was solved by using a 'bubble' or 'teardrop' canopy. This new type of canopy was a development in the P-51D version, considered the definitive Mustang, and is the model we have for you here.

This model is a faithful replica of the full size P-51D Mustang, the attention to detail in the canopy and the WWII USAF decals is excellent and will not disappoint. It is almost ready to fly straight out of the box, only a few minutes of minor final assembly steps will be required to get this legend of the 20th century airbourne.

This model is well made, although lightweight, and it is built to be crash resistant, and to give a long life of fun flying. The P-47 Thunderbolt, (aka the "Jug") was the biggest, heaviest, and most expensive fighter aircraft in history to be powered by a single engine. It was one of the main United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) fighters of World War II.

The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 Würger was a German single-seat, single-radial engine fighter aircraft designed by Kurt Tank in the late 1930s. It was used by the Luftwaffe during the Second World War, and is up there with the Spitfire and the P-51D Mustang as one of the best fighter planes of the period.

The Fw 190 had a top speed of over 400 mph and could undertake sorties of around 500 miles. To take down its target the Focke was equipped with two 13 mm MG 131 machine guns with 475 rpg (rounds per gun), and four 20 mm MG 151/20 E cannons with 250 rpg in the wing root and 140 rpg outboard.
