The Piper PA-18 Super Cub is a two-seat, single-engine monoplane, introduced in 1949 by Piper Aircraft. Over 9,000 were built in nearly 40 years of production. The Super Cub was renowned for its ability to take off and land in short distances, and due to this was made into float planes as well. The real thing would cruise at around 185 km/h, 115 mph, at altitudes up to 19,000 feet.

The new Dynam Super Cub PA-18 is ready to fly (RTF) with all electronics pre-installed. So you can have it out of the box and up in the air, within a matter of minutes.

If you have never flown an RC plane before and don't want to risk damaging a model while learning then this is the perfect model for you. This plane is tough and very easy to fly. Manufactured by Art-Tech who are one of the best quality RC plane manufacturers in the world, this plane stands out from the crowd.

The plane is a ready-to-fly plane out of the box with a very quick charge time. It is the perfect choice for beginners but also for intermediates who just want a bit of fun without breaking the bank. There are a few similar entry level planes on the market but we found this one was the best. One of the main reasons is the way the controller works. Usually with entry level RC planes the left stick on the transmitter controls the left motor and the right stick controls the right motor. This makes flying unrealistic and awkward. With the QQ-Dragon the controls are like a full scale plane. The left stick controls the throttle and the right stick is for turning.

As the plane is made by Art-Tech you can be assured of the reliability and attention to detail. The plane has a rubber nose to protect it from crash landings and has a quick charging slot that you plug the transmitter into to charge it without taking the battery pack out. Everything you need is there including some spare blades, screw driver, display stand and 4.8v battery pack. The only thing needed is 8 normal AA batteries for the transmitter.
